The Opportunity
This is a true fee share model designed for established lawyers who are confident in their ability to generate work and maintain strong client relationships.
You will be expected to bring an existing client following or demonstrate a clear and credible plan to build one quickly. A business plan will form part of the interview and onboarding process, ensuring both you and the firm are aligned on growth strategy and expectations from day one.
This is not a salaried role with work provided. It is an opportunity for entrepreneurial lawyers who want control, autonomy and a direct link between effort and reward.
