Job description
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Providing all elements of personal care, support & assistance to clients, from supporting with personal hygiene to companionship.
- Assist with access toilet facilities, using agreed health and safety procedures.
- Prompting and administering medication
- Assisting with meal preparation
- General household tasks including shopping
Requirements:
