Job description

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Providing all elements of personal care, support & assistance to clients, from supporting with personal hygiene to companionship.
• Assist with access toilet facilities, using agreed health and safety procedures.
• Prompting and administering medication
• Assisting with meal preparation
• General household tasks including shopping
