Job role includes serving all guests to a high standard and keeping to Chef and Brewer Hallmarks

As part of the PLT team you may be required to do opens and closes of the business, primarily closing the business and locking up.

You will also need to have exceptional customer service skills and adapt to the business needs accordingly
You will help train new team and lead by example from the forefront
