This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed UK Student Recruitment, Access and Partnerships Directorate in a senior role.

You will be responsible for the UK Recruitment, Conversion, CRM & Enquires and Gateway Teams, strategically driving forwards and delivering on the UK Recruitment Strategy.

You will also be a lead contact for our faculties ensuring tailored plans and approaches are in place.

The role will report directly to the Director of UK Student Recruitment, Access and Partnerships.

You will oversee UK recruitment and conversion initiatives for UG and PG provision, including coordinating large scale on/off campus and virtual events and strategically developing our recruitment work with schools and colleges, both on and off-campus, through an account management approach.

You will also lead on student recruitment and conversion growth on a national scale.

In a fast-paced, every changing sector, it is anticipated you will have a proactive and innovative approach to recruitment delivery at the University.

We are seeking to employ an individual with significant knowledge and experience of UK student recruitment within Higher Education.

You will have an understanding of the HE student recruitment lifecycle for both post-18 and "non-traditional learners" and experience of planning and delivering promotional activity to support recruitment.

You will have experience of budget management and managing or supervising staff and have the ability to lead and also work as part of a team.
