The Junior Technical Product Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the development and enhancement of our ePos and self-ordering software solutions.

This individual will work closely with our Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to analyze market trends, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and contribute to the creation of innovative features and functionalities.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the hospitality and retail software industry
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, feature requests, and usability data to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories
• Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and customer impact
• Support the product management team in creating internal user stories and managing product roadmaps
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, training materials, and user guides to support internal teams and customers
• Support in the monitoring of product performance and KPIs, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement

• Previous experience in a Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is a plus
• Passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
