Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to join a well-established and thriving Construction business in Warrington.

Reporting to the Managing Director the Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the business.

The role will have a huge amount of variety and will include the following duties:

  • Ensuring the business continues to improve and develop
  • Managing the P&L and balance sheet
  • Identifying and driving an ambitious and detailed strategy & business plans
  • Building credible relations with key customers
  • Managing and overseeing Sales, Customer Services, Finance & Warehouse teams
  • Ensuring efficient and safe supply chain operations
  • Leading, engaging and developing the organisation
  • Become a trusted leader for people on all levels within the organisation
  • Ensuring corporate practices and policies are adhered to
Ideally to be successful within the Senior Operations Manager role you will have:

  • Experience working in a similar position managing a P&L
  • A track record of driving sustainable growth in companies
  • Experience in successfully leading engaging and developing staff
  • Experience leading at least 20 people
  • A track record of continuously improving top and bottom line results.
  • A clear, engaging and effective communication skills
  • Ability to engage with external stakeholders and people on all levels in the organization
  • Have a handson approach
  • Results focused with ability to confidently make decisions
  • Ambition and drive for perfection
