About you

You will be either a registered manager with experience in a nursing home setting or a deputy manager looking to progress their career.

You will have knowledge of current legislation and expected standards within the social care sector.

You will boast strong organisational and management skills.

You will have or be working towards your Level 5 in leadership and managment

You will be an RGN or RMN with up to date clinical skills

The Company & Role

You will be working for one of the most socially concious care home operators in the UK with a longstanding CEO

You will have direct support from the manager overseeing the service currently

You would be a registered manager for a medium/large service that offers predominantly elderly care and dementia care

The home has a good relationship with the council and local authority
