    Now we're looking for an Office-Based Sales Representative who wants more than just another sales job. Someone who's ready to own relationships, drive growth, and make a real commercial impact.

    This isn't telesales. It's not order-taking. It's proper B2B sales with autonomy, responsibility, and the freedom to negotiate and close your own deals.

    Your day splits roughly 50/50:

    • Half your time is reactive: processing enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, managing orders, and responding fast when customers need you.
    • The other half is proactive: building relationships, chasing leads, winning new business, and staying ahead of competitor moves.

    You'll own your customer base. You'll be their trusted expert. And you'll be rewarded for making it grow.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Managing inbound enquiries and turning them into sales
    • Preparing quotations and processing orders with precision
    • Proactively calling customers to uncover new opportunities
    • Negotiating pricing and closing deals independently
    • Building long-term, trust-based customer relationships
    • Keeping on top of market trends and competitor activity
    • Working closely with Credit Control, Inventory, and Business Development to deliver seamless service

    What We're Looking For

    You don't need to know plastics. We'll teach you everything about PEEK, nylon, polyethylene, and the rest. What we can't teach is drive, curiosity, and commercial instinct.

    You'll need:

    • Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, account management, or office-based B2B sales
    • A sharp commercial brain and the confidence to negotiate
    • Strong attention to detail (your quotes need to be spot-on)
    • Resilience and a proactive mindset
    • The ability to build genuine rapport over the phone and email
    • A hunger to hit targets and grow your territory

    If you've worked in manufacturing, engineering, or technical distribution, that's a bonus. But if you're a strong salesperson who's curious and coachable, we want to hear from you.
