R & K Drysdale have a vacancy for a Ledger Supervisor in our small but busy team and we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual.


Core duties include:
-


  • Management of cash function, daily update of cash reports/Bank reconciliations and forecasting.
  • Weekly and Monthly Payroll preparation, calculation, and system maintenance, cover for absence, holidays.
  • Ensure Purchase Ledger is being maintained and Aged Creditors/Nominal ledger reconciliations are undertaken and acted upon. Cover purchase ledger processing for absence, holidays.
  • Ensure Sales Ledger is being maintained, daily checks are complete and Aged Debtor/Nominal ledger reconciliations are undertaken and acted upon. Cover Sales ledger processing for absence, holidays.
  • Responsibility for development of the sales ledger reporting and recording function.
  • Ensure all Purchase, Sales Ledger, Payroll transactions have been correctly processed are complete prior to month end.
  • Cover Reception duties, ensuring all visitors are received and signed into site appropriately.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by the Finance Manager
  • Support ongoing business needs of the Senior Management team, Operating as a member of the Finance/Administration team.

Full Time, permanent role
Monday - Friday: Hours 8.00am-4.30pm
