Description

Madisons Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a permanent basis for a reputable contractor specialising in everything from fire prevention to new builds across the commercial and residential sector.

They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee their London projects. Please note you must be commutable to their head office in Dartford, Kent.


Salary:
£50,000 - £52,500 per annum + company van

  • Education, Qualifications and Experience:_
- qualification in project management or equivalent
- knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- direct work experience in a project management capacity
- proven experience in people management
- proven experience in strategic planning
- proven experience in risk management
- proven experience in change management
- proficient in project management software

  • Use of Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • The ability to read and accurately interpret programmes, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Proactively liaising with customers and the supply chain.
  • Experience with multiple types of construction projects.
  • Valid driving licence.
