Bath Spa Dentistry is a modern, fully private dental practice providing all aspects of dentistry and facial aesthetics.


We are passionate about creating a relaxing and calm environment where we can offer the highest quality of care where patients feel at ease to come to the dentist.

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator for Maternity cover with the possibility of leading to a permanent position.

The hours are
Monday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Tuesday 8:45am - 6:15pm, Wednesday 7:45am - 5:15pm, Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm and Friday 8:15am - 2:15pm.


A previous dental background would be useful but not essential as full training will be given.


Summary of Job role:


  • Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
  • Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
  • Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
  • Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
  • Effective communication with all key business relationships
  • Be able to cover receptionist duties when required

Essential Requirements:


  • Organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Motivated to be successful
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Competent level of IT proficiency
Where required GDC registration, indemnity and CPD will be paid for. Pay to be discussed during interview process and dependant on experience.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months
