As a Production Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the operational success of our manufacturing processes.

While prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial, full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist in running extrusion and conversion lines
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures and produce highquality products
• Champion health, safety, and welfare standards in the manufacturing environment
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and good housekeeping practices in all manufacturing and storage areas
• Monitor and maintain product quality according to specifications
• Implement strong working practices to minimize waste
• Conduct quality checks and record product quality throughout each shift

Person Specification:

• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to operate machinery with assistance
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Effective problemsolving abilities
• Forklift license is advantageous but not essential

Salary:
£37,000.00 per year
