One of the most well-established agents in London is looking for a New Homes Negotiator based in London Bridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an excellent team, has great earning potential, progress and have access to some cracking stock.

Having worked with this brand for a number of years, it's evident they provide great opportunities for anyone who wants to work in a busy market where no day looks the same.

If you are a Lettings or Sales Negotiator with experience in London with a track record of success then this could be the role for you - Ideally you will have 12-24 months experience in property.


Package:
£20K basic - £50k+ OTE
Commission - 5-30%
Car/Car Allowance

Responsibilities of a new homes sales negotiator include:

  • Daily management of buyers
  • Generate and conduct viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Exceptional relationship building with clients
  • Deliver consistent results
