    Customer Experience Specialist


    This is a wonderful opportunity for a customer service professional looking for a new role within a dynamic and welcoming team.


    If you are a positive, self-starter with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, look no further. The-One-Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join their established team full-time, on a hybrid basis, with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.


    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal departments and external customers. Your primary language will be English, with a strong emphasis on written and spoken communication skills.


    To excel in this role, you will require experience working in an office environment, with excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills. You must also be able to commute to our office location regularly.

    The responsibilities of this role include:


    • Ensuring all requests are prioritised, organised, and processed accurately and on time.
    • Actively managing the Customer Service mailbox throughout the day, passing queries to relevant team members.
    • Passing any potential customer leads for new orders to the relevant Sales Specialists.
    • Processing sales orders within 24 hours to a high degree of accuracy.
    • Proactively informing customers of any issues or date changes.
    • Ensuring all complaints and credit returns are actioned within expected deadlines.
    • Actioning any customer invoice disputes.
    • Supporting Service enquiries with warranty replacements and ensuring technical calls have all relevant information for quick and easy resolution.
    • Communicating significant complaints to the Customer Service Manager.
