I.T.S M&E Ltd are currently looking to hire a full-time experienced recruitment consultant to join an established, forward-thinking, modern recruitment company, based in Bristol.

Working from our brand new offices you will be overseeing a buoyant contract desk supplying highly skilled Mechanical & Electrical staff to firms in the region and across the UK.


Overview:


The company has been established for over 50 years supplying labour and tradesman to the construction industry, and are looking to expand the team and add a keen consultant to assist the company in a variety of roles, growing a section.

As well as developing our business, we also look to develop our team. This means we promote from within with plenty of opportunities to progress to management and directorship.

We also reward our staff with an uncapped commission structure, top biller lunches and great incentives, including trips abroad


The Role:


Realistic salary expectations are as follows:

Year 1:
£25,000 - £35,000 OTE

Year 2:
£35,000 - £50,000 OTE


Year 3:
£50,000+ OTE

  • Will have
    previous recruitment experience in an agency environment.
  • Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • Have great verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competent
  • Be able to multitask with the ability to plan and prioritise work
  • Be organised with good time management
  • Be target driven
  • Able to work under their own initiative and also part of a salesdriven team
  • Good work ethic, ambitious, and commercially aware
  • Hold a driving license
  • Be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
  • Have relevant previous references.
This role will ideally suit someone that has an ambitious, competitive nature.

From £25,000.00 per year
