Adele Carr Financial Recruitment_ are currently working with a Liverpool City Centre business to support them in finding an Accounts Payable Clerk to start work as soon as possible and undertake a 12 month fixed term contract eventually moving onto a permanent contract.


The client I am currently working with is looking for a driven and committed Accounts Payable Clerk who would hit the ground running and be able to fit in with the rest of the team in a seamless manner.

The client has provided me with some key criteria to be considered for this role;
Ø Must have proven experience working as an accounts payable clerk

Ø Must be flexible and adaptable to the role

Ø Must have competent ICT Skills and be able to work comfortably on Excel including working with Pivots and Lookups

Ø Must be self motivated and be able to adapt to an extremely fast paced environment


Tasks and responsibilities;
Ø Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders

Ø Set up new supplier accounts

Ø Reconcile supplier statements

Ø Process business expense returns

Ø Check and code invoices

Ø Resolve any purchase enquiries or disputes
