Our client is a well-established commercial electrical contractor based near Wetherby. Their clients range from local schools and churches to national retailers, banks and call centres. Their services cover everything from replacing a faulty light fittingto providing national maintenance coverage throughout the UK.


Office Manager - Position Overview

  • Answering the phone and passing along messages
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and documents
  • Planning in works
  • Liaising with clients and customers
  • Answering general queries about services provided
  • Preparing financial documents
  • Processing invoices in a timely manner
  • Continuous review and development of processes and controls
  • Speaking with internal team regularly, building rapport which will help you in your role
  • Adhoc queries as requested by MD
  • Taking on jobs and allocating a member of the team
**Office Manager

  • Position Requirements.*
  • Proven experience in a construction Administrator role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Can work independently as well as a team
  • Good commercial / analysis skills.
  • Live within a commutable distance of Wetherby

Office Manager - Position Remuneration

  • Salary up to £28,000 (Dependant on experience)
  • 9am 5pm, part time or full time available
  • 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Family friendly atmosphere
