  • Permanent and 1 year fixed term contract, full time

About the role*The Operations Support Officer is responsible for overseeing result entry, certificate production and result dissemination for Trinity College London qualifications.

Timely and accurate processing is essential in order to meet Trinity's customer service standards and to provide an excellent service to stakeholders.

You will help monitor, manage and chase return of mark sheets and accompanying examination paperwork, in line with agreed procedures and specified timelines.

You will log, scan and send mark-sheets to the data entry facility ensuring that agreed timelines are met.

Part of your responsibilities will be to produce regular reports to manage workloads and perform and log quality checks on the data entered for results.

You will also manage the printing of certificates and perform quality checks on printed certificates where applicable.


About you


If you have a strong eye for detail and high level of accuracy in your work, you will succeed well in this role.

Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills will help you achieve your goals. We are looking for someone with the ability to manage large quantities of data and to prioritise work quickly. The ability to work under pressure to meet stringent deadlines is crucial.
