Recruitment Consultant earning potential:

1st year: £28k + commission (OTE £55k+)

2nd year £35k + commission (OTE £75k+)

3rd year: £40k (or more) + commission (OTE £100k+)

With your Clients you will be:

  • Cold calling

  • Negotiating and finalising terms and conditions
