Our Client is one of the largest independently owned consultancies in the UK, with over 100 employees. They continue to grow with appointments to many framework contracts and a diverse, exciting workload.

They are seeking to recruit an ambitious Highway Design Engineer to assist on the design of current projects and contribute to growing future business in the Redhill office.

This position offers excellent career development opportunities, working on variedand challenging projects for a range of clients including Local Councils and Highway Authorities, Contractors and private organisations.

Applicants should be:

Self-Motivated and enthusiastic.
Capable of operating with limited supervision.
Seeking increasing level of responsibility.

Duties will involve; the preparation of feasibility studies, designs, scheme drawings, calculations, preparation of contract documents and specifications and supervision of contractors.

A working knowledge of the DMRB and current relevant design standards/codesis essential.
