Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Client Management Executive based in any of our UK offices (Birmingham, London, Edinburgh, or Glasgow), to become part of our client management team, supporting the firm in its key client management initiatives.
This is an exciting role for somebody who has worked in client management and/or sales related roles and is looking to support a wider client management strategy across the firm or already has experience in this type of role.
Key responsibilities include (not exhaustive)
- Helping to evolve our client management strategy and brand across the firm, promoting best practice in client management
- Owning the maintenance and development of some of the team's client management initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across other support teams to coordinate project work
- Generating ideas and converting them into strategy and related client management initiatives
- Promoting closer working relationships and greater engagement with key stakeholders across the firm
- Helping to articulate and embed a consistent approach towards client management across the firm
- Working collaboratively with and providing support to the team to help deliver key results in line with the team's objectives
- Working with key stakeholders to develop and implement plans for existing clients to support our 4 pillars of client management: delighting clients, nurturing networks, presenting propositions, and driving profitable income
- Influencing and presenting to stakeholders differing in levels of seniority across the firm on a range of client management initiatives
- Creating documentation and collateral to support the work of the Client Management team
- Helping raise the Client Management team's profile in the wider firm as the "go to" support for client management
About You
What skills and experience do you require:
- A team player that is able to form strong relationships and enjoys working and succeeding as part of a close team
- Able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks, using their initiative to deliver work to high quality standards
- Adaptable and flexible in their approach
- A strong and effective communicator with the ability to listen, influence and proactively follow up on discussions
- Can work alongside and gain the trust and respect of team members at all levels of seniority

To enjoy and succeed in this role you will have:
- Previous experience of working in a client management and/or business development related role
- Experience of working in financial services industry
- Experience of using MS outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint. Experience of using SharePoint and PowerBI would be advantageous
- The ability to build strong and trusted relationships, influence and persuade others at all levels of the firm
- Flexibility to work across various projects simultaneously
