Do you have logistics experience and good administrative skills? Are you looking for a role that combines a mix of office-based tasks and warehouse work? We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our logistics team preparing and dispatching spares to our customer base.

Coffetek are the UK market leader in the design and manufacture of a complete range of coffee and refreshment solutions, serving 180 distributors across the UK & Ireland delivering solutions for the workplace, hotels, restaurants and catering.

• Preparing and despatching spare parts in accordance with procedures
• Maintaining department databases (currently SAP)
• Liaising with transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintaining tools, manuals and mechanical devices
• Ensuring your work area is clean and in order

• Logistics or Warehouse experience (essential)
• IT skills proficient in use Outlook, Excel & Word
• Previous SAP experience desirable
