Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced deputy manager to join a friendly, community orientated nursing home.

The role of deputy manager will be ideal for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/Registered General Nurse) who involves themselvesin delivering and implementing exceptional care for residents with general nursing and complex dementia needs.

The hours are split between shift work and supernumerary hours.


What Experience do I need:


  • Experience of leading & managing a team, ideally within a management role within a nursing home.
  • Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk health & safety requirements related to running a ward and infection control
  • Comfortable working with local authorities
  • Understanding of the regulations and legislation within the care profession
  • Understanding of CQC, national minimum standards and key care principles

As a Registered Nurse you will have;
