Description
We are a small, family run and managed business with a close-knit team who require someone to assist with a growing workload.
Administrator responsibilities:
- Producing quotes on our inhouse software.
- Data entry onto our EXCEL worksheets.
- Entering risk assessments and method statements onto our bespoke software.
- Updating job boards.
- Maintaining tool calibration logs.
- Maintaining PAT testing.
- PA duties.
- Purchasing materials for jobs.
- Assisting all Director's and the Office Manager.
- General filing.
What you need as an Administrator
- Strong administrative background.
- High level of Excel knowledge.
- Great eye for detail and excellent accuracy.
- Excellent telephone skills and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of construction or civil engineering would be helpful.
- Valid UK driving licence (due to our location).
- Must be ok with dogs as we have dog friendly office.

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
