We're looking for someone with outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills to come and join the Boaz team as our new Fundraising Officer (Trusts and Foundations).
This is a rewarding role which will give you the opportunity to make a real difference as we work together to end destitution for people seeking sanctuary in the UK.
This role will have a key focus on generating restricted and unrestricted income from Trusts and Foundations.Last year approximately 45% of our income came from grants including several large multi-year funders such as Comic Relief and The National Lottery.
This new role will focus on our relationships with smaller grant funders (You'll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a desire to see justice for people seeking sanctuary.
You will relish the challenge of helping us to grow our income by building and supporting relationships with a wide range of Trusts and Foundations, some of whom have supported us for many years.
In addition to this, you will work under the leadership of our Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to offer support across other areas of fundraising work including events, individual and community fundraising.
