About Us

About the Role

  • Facilitating the development of future state process, business requirements and key performance metrics
  • Creation of project documentation as required: process maps, SIPOC, SOPs, process templates etc
  • Manage and lead asis and tobe process mapping with tangible and realistic improvement recommendations in line with our Group operating model design principles
  • Generate CI roadmap with deliverables and timelines for implementation
  • Identifying and managing the change and project risks associated with CI activities.
  • Work with the operational teams to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Identify integration points between current areas of focus and the wider business, ensuring processes are integrated within the wider Ocado process architecture
  • Facilitate the appointment and training of crossfunctional process owners to ensure a culture of continuous process improvement is maintained
  • Work closely within our business to ensure all process design work overseen aligns to business operating model and strategy
  • Support the capture of systems requirements of key processes Skills, Experience and Qualifications

About You

  • Significant process design/capture of endtoend crossfunctional processes
  • Evidence of stakeholder engagement across all levels within the business
  • Experience of developing, testing and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Experience in training others, particularly the ability to encourage best practice and driving data integrity
  • Business process reengineering design skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a global matrix organisation
  • Understands Change Management techniques and has the ability to identify risks and risk mitigation strategies
  • Knowledge of endtoend process design, capture and improvement methodologies e.g. lean six sigma
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Be able to analyse, map and document key processes and work collaboratively to identify gaps and weaknesses in business
  • Processes to then design, develop and implement improvements
  • Energetic with a great deal of personal drive, enthusiasm and initiative
  • A strong bias for delivery and turning discussions and ideas into actions
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Delivery of lean six sigma (or similar) related projects
  • Experience of working with process management tools
