Description
Due to continued growth, Balthorne Security are currently looking for an experienced service desk administrator/co-ordinator to join our fast-paced office in North West London.
The role:
- Using our CRM system to create new jobs, clients and sites.
- Schedule reoccurring service and maintenance jobs.
- Liaise with engineers throughout the day to proactively manage their changing schedules based on callouts and project requirements.
- Check jobcards of completed jobs ready to be sent to clients and follow up with engineers to ensure all relevant information is relayed to the client.
- Create quotes for remedial works including sourcing parts from suppliers and liaising with engineers to quote for the correct works.
- Manage stock including ordering from suppliers, checking in deliveries, and picking and packing stock to create kits for upcoming jobs.
Person specification:
- Excellent communication skills both written and over the phone
- Great problemsolving skills
- Highly organised
- Dynamic
- Good knowledge of MS Office and be a competent IT user
- Able to manage own workload with the ability to prioritise tasks
