Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and delivery of the Marketing strategic plan.

Base salary of £23,000 £27,000
32 days holiday with the ability to purchase up to 10 more

Duties and Responsibilities -

Marketing Activities

Assist with the delivery of the marketing plan which includes working with third parties for services such as AdWords, design, print and PR
Contribute ideas and deliver internal and external marketing campaigns, using different techniques and track their success throughout the year
Writing and deliver content used for blogs, social media, business magazines and PR
Maintain and update website copy
Managing social media campaigns
Support with the design and production of marketing materials such as website, brochures, social posts, collateral, and the company magazine
Write and create case studies, working with the project and account management teams

Reporting

Support in setting marketing goals based on past performance and forecasts
Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies
Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on findings
Updating databases and using our CRM system

Event Organisation & Networking

Support in the planning and delivery of our attendance at events
Maintain the networking schedule to ensure our participation at relevant events and meetings
Attend events and networking meetings to represent razorblue in a professional way
Fulfil the requirements of our sponsorship & charity agreements

To be successful in this role, you must able to demonstrate -

Experience

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive
Proven experience in design, using the Adobe suite
Proven experience in copywriting

Skills

Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrate ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Wellorganised
Exquisite communication and people skills
Excellent written and oral skills
Creative with an eye for detail
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent copywriting skills
Photography (not essential)

Knowledge

Excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite (Illustrator/ InDesign, Photoshop)
Google Analytics/ AdWords (not essential, but beneficial)
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
