We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.

Duties:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Prepare sales presentations and materials for client meetings
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis

Experience:

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
