Location - Norwich
To provide comprehensive, general administrative and clerical service and contribute to the smooth running of Specialist, Systems Operations and Children's Services.
This post will involve working in an admin team that provides administration to help and support that senior management team and Quality colleagues of SSOCS.
This includes but is not limited to Operations Director SSOCS, Head of Children and Young People Services, Head of Specialist Rehabilitation Services, Service Manager for Palliative Care and Head of Community Beds and System Operations.
This role is full time, working 5 days per weekGeneral Administration Assistant required to carry out all duties including:
- To carry out and prioritise a variety of administrative and clerical duties and undertake other general office duties
- To maintain schedules and diaries, organise and service meetings
- Using a range of software programmes and audiotyping to produce, maintain and distribute documents, including reports, spreadsheets, databases and presentations
- To be responsible for the efficient use of office equipment and supplies, monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- To be responsible for the ordering of Trust supplies on Powergate
