Call Centre Advisor


Location:
Pride Park Derby


Basic Salary: 10.14 Per Hour (plus monthly bonus scheme)

Call Centre Advisor Overview:


  • You will be calling existing customers on behalf of an energy provider, upselling their Homeplan and providing boiler and home emergency cover. As a Call Centre Advisor you will be well rewarded through the basic salary & its generous incentive scheme.

Call Centre Advisor Role:


  • Time set aside each day as a team to plan for success each day
  • Interact through outbound phone calls with both existing and potential new customers, understanding & supporting their individual needs, giving them great reasons to take up Home Services
  • Support your peers & team by sharing your experience and successes
  • Time allocated to work with your manager and sales trainer on opportunities to improve service and sales, and develop your future career
  • Rotational shifts Monday-Sunday between the hours of 8am and 8pm (9 hour shifts, 5 days a week)

Call Centre Advisor Skills:


  • Proven successful experience in customer sales or retention, preferably in Outbound calling (although not essential as we have great training to set you up to succeed)
  • Great communicator especially on the phone
  • Have a passion for sales, & strive to deliver success every day
  • Ensure we deliver full FCA compliance (Insurance products)
