About Core:
Core Equipment is the UK's leading distributor of drinks producing equipment representing some of the world's leading manufacturers.

The company has enjoyed significant growth over the past few years and as such is now seeking to recruit a Service Administrator.


The Role:
This position will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of our service team. You will be liaising directly with our customers to ensure their service requests are managed in a timely and professional manner


Key tasks are:

  • Manage all requests for service visits and parts.
  • Issue quotes, proformas and invoices to customers for engineer call outs
  • Raise, review and issue job cards to customers.
  • Schedule service visits
  • Issue quotes, proformas and invoices to customers for parts
  • Consult with suppliers.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Receipt stock
  • Dispatching of parts to customers
  • Manage monthly engineer vehicle stock checks.
  • Review quarterly stock levels and reorder parts as required.

The Person:
Ideally, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience of working within a customer service / parts environment
  • Understanding of planning
  • Understanding of stock control processes
  • Confident and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Detail orientation with a cando mindset
  • Understanding of ERP software and IT system
  • Live within commuting distance of our Silverstone office

Benefits:


  • Up to £30k salary
  • 25 days paid holiday per year in addition to public holidays

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
