Overview:


Compass Associates are excited to partner with a rapidly growing, and family-owned provider of specialized home-care services for individuals with complex needs across the UK.

This organization is renowned for its integrity and is rated 'Good' by the CQC.

They offer highly personalized care packages to individuals with a diverse range of conditions, including Brain Injury, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Cerebral Palsy.

This company has achieved significant growth and is continuously expanding its services. To support their expansion, we are seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to bolster their dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting clinicians with the overseeing of care packages, as well as organising rotas, recruitment and working with families.


Location:


The role is office-based, and the company's hub is situated in the heart of London, within a 10-minute walk of London Bridge.


Criteria:


  • 1 years' experience as a Care Coordinator
  • Understanding of complex care or eager to learn

Work Pattern:

Enjoy a workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5pm (37.5-hour week).


Interview Process:


Two stages:
The 1st stage is held virtually as an informal introduction, while the 2nd stage will be in-person. Both stages will be with a panel including the Registered Manager, COO and Head of Recruitment.


Salary and Benefits:

This Senior Care Coordinator position pays between £26,000 and £32,000, dependent on experience.
