Responsibilities:


  • Run endtoend customer delivery projects.
  • Diagnose customer operations.
  • Consult customers on best practice product usage.
  • Drive customer retention initiatives.
  • Support presales customer engagements.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

  • An interest in advanced manufacturing.
- +2 years experience in Technology Consulting or Customer Success.

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluent in German.

Pay:
£40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
