About the role:

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced mortgage administrator looking to start giving advice. You'll be working closely with our existing mortgage team who will support you in moving into an advice role.


This role will excite those who have worked in the mortgage industry for a while and would like to accelerate their career within a rapidly scaling business.

You will enjoy bringing your skills and experience to a growing team and working with the team to deliver exceptional advice and service to clients.


What you'll be doing:


  • Supporting customers through the endtoend mortgage journey (chasing outstanding documents and providing our clients with regular updates)
  • Providing compliant and competent advice
  • Helping identify opportunities to make our processes more efficient and owning implementation of the initiatives you identify
  • Building culture and what it means to be a mortgage customer of NOVA Wealth, with customers at the heart of everything we do
  • Taking a key role to grow and shape the future of the mortgage business within NOVA Wealth

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and delivery of work to a very high standard
  • Prior experience working in a mortgage administrator role in UK regulated financial firms (1+ years)
  • Ability/enthusiasm to work autonomously
  • Friendly and nurturing personality, with intrinsic motivation to help others

  • Motivated to become a certified Mortgage Advisor having passed or aspiring to pass the R01 and CF6 exams.
