Machine Operator, Brislington, Bristol (No Experience Required)
Resolve Recruitment are working alongside a well-established corrugated carton manufacturer based in Brislington, Bristol. They require a Machine Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.


The Role

  • Daily Operation of carton making machinery.
  • Learning and operating bending, cutting, and folding machines.
  • Running production machines within the factory
  • Setting up machines
  • End of line checks
  • Basic mechanical maintenance and checks
  • Good communication skills between supervisors and other team members
  • General warehouse duties
  • Strong communication skill
  • Confident reading a tape measure
  • Be able to work on their own but also as part of a team when required.
  • Being part of a small team, you must be willing to take on a variety of jobs when needed, there is some heavy lifting involved.
  • Any previous machine/ engineering experience could be advantageous but is not necessary as training will be provided
