This post attracts an additional 5% bonus payment for two years; this will be paid into your salary as monthly instalments.
To support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the Ealing (IAPT) service.This will involve providing mental health screening assessments and psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified member of the team, working independently according to a plan agreed with the line manager and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
To assist in clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, and development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work.
We would like to hear from you if you are:
- A qualified PWP who has successfully completed an IAPT PWP training course (or a trainee PWP due to complete the training within the next 3 months)
- Able to deliver high quality personcentred interventions that reflect local and national priorities and targets
- Able to demonstrate good therapeutic relationships with people
- An inspirational and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills committed to improving access to psychological therapies across the Ealing borough.
