_Duties/Responsibilities:
_

Provide ledger reports using excel Vlookup and Pivot tables to internal and external customers
Forward paper and electronic statements to divisions for reconciliations
Send rejection letters for invoices electronically (Invoices been rejected from input team)
Validate Bank Details for Manual Cash Book payments and checking they filled in correctly
Dealing with legal letters from suppliers
Checking Credit Notes and Debit Note queries Transfer Debit Balances to retrieve the outstanding Balance and communicating to the vendors directly to retrieve the money
Checking daily/weekly reports for duplicate postings/ Payments into the system (using software) and recovering the cash
Performs other related duties as assigned.

You will need to be well organised, show initiative be selfmotivated, have Enthusiasm with a cando attitude, show a sense of urgency be a Team player be selfconfident and assertive.
Come from a good Accounts Payable Background
