What We're Looking For:


  • Educated to a bachelor's degree desirable but not essential
  • CIPS qualified or equal through 1+ years of Procurement experience
  • Knowledge of procurement activities, including tactical sourcing with demonstrable successes achieved
  • Great knowledge of Procurement / ERP systems and processes, including creation of purchase orders. Experience in SAP and/or Ariba would be preferable
  • Experience of tracking of KPIs and orders follow up
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal, and communication skills to multiple levels of the organisation

What You'll Do:


  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Senior Buyers to uncover sourcing opportunities and define business requirements for tactical spend procurement.
  • Execute tactical sourcing activities following industry best practices, including eauctions and tenders.
  • Engage in negotiations for contracts and manage the execution of agreements in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Aid the Procurement Excellence team in tracking targets, market trends, and organizational behaviours.
  • Take charge of operational tasks such as data management, project activities, and spend monitoring.
  • Issue purchase orders, oversee nondelivered orders, and manage price and information changes.
  • Provide procurement operational support to internal stakeholders and ensure accurate data maintenance in the system.

  • Possess a strong understanding of procurement systems, KPIs, and processes.
