The School
I am working with a large SEN Primary School and looking to appoimt a Learning Support Assistant that is highly motivated and passionate to work within a small class of children with complex special education needs.
Requirements:
- You will need to be resilient and able to hit the ground running
- Be reliable
- Attendance and time keeping is a high priority as the children need consistency
- Experience of working with children or young adults with special needs
- Able to work with multiple children with special needs as this is not always a 1:1 role
- Be able to work full time 5 days a week 8.30 till 16.00 Monday to Friday
- Weekly pay (PAYE)
- Refer a friend scheme
- A dedicated consultant that will provide ongoing support
- Various training sessions and webinars available to enhance your skills
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
