THE COMPANY:
Harnham is working closely with one of the world's largest mass-participation sports event organisers.
They are a not-for-profit organisation that donates to various charities and trusts to improve sports and recreational activities, as well as support accessibilityto sports facilities.
They are looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer to have ownership of ETL pipelines in Snowflake and develop Looker dashboards.
THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a BI Analyst or Analytics Engineer to support a vital cloud migration project. You will be responsible for developing ETL pipelines in Snowflake and delivering key commercial insight in a self-service platform.
You will:
- Support the wider migration project from GCP to AWS
- Design, build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines
- Implement an enterprise data modelling schema using dbt
- Design, build and manage data sets using dbt
- Leverage data for commercial use and data products
- Develop dashboards in Looker
REQUIREMENTS:
- dbt
- Snowflake (AWS)
- Knowledge of Python (ideal)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, dbt, Fivetran)
- Strong communication skills
- A background in customerfocused industries
- Experience or desire to gain experience in a greenfield environment
- An interest or experience in NGOs or charities (essential)
