    Acoustic Technical Programme Manager – Automotive Partnerships

    We are redefining the in-car experience at Bowers & Wilkins, a powerhouse behind premium sound brands.

    This role is about leading innovation at the intersection of world-class sound and cutting-edge vehicle technology. You will shape the sound of next-generation vehicles and collaborate with global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and top tech partners.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Owning technical integration of our legendary audio brands into vehicle ecosystems.
    • Leading key partnerships with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams to develop game-changing automotive audio solutions.
    • Delivering innovation by leading the creation of system-level audio experiences from architecture to proof-of-concept to final delivery.
    • Shaping the future by guiding the full product lifecycle, from acoustic tuning to embedded systems integration.

    You Will Be Working On:

    • High-impact projects with premium auto brands.
    • Cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and marketing.
    • New automotive audio tech innovations in embedded systems, acoustics, and UX.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field.
    • Strong technical program management experience with OEMs, Tier 1s, or tech partners.
    • Solid understanding of audio systems – acoustics, transducers, tuning, integration.
    • Exceptional stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • Automotive system engineering experience.
    • Knowledge of embedded systems, HMI/UX design, or vehicle audio architecture.
    • A passion for delivering amazing audio experiences to drivers and passengers alike.
