Process Engineering Manager - Continuous Improvement - Equipment Maintenance - Oxfordshire - £45K-£53K


My client specialises in manufacturing wayfinding solutions which are utilised in various industries, and due to continued success are looking for a Process Engineering Manager for their Oxfordshire based site.


Main Duties:


  • To maintain and be responsible for all of production testing and assembly equipment
  • Be responsible for maintaining process changes
  • Handle the pre-production processes for all new product development projects in R&D making sure that the product is suitable for production
  • Manage new product introduction (NPI)

Key Skills needed:


  • Prior experience of working within a production and testing environment (ideally experience within a manual processing environment)
  • Manage the maintenance of equipment
  • Involved in the continuous development of product design, including the introduction of new products and modification to existing products
