Cleaner / Facility Maintenance Operative required to join a luxury automotive brand based in
Daventry on a permanent basis paying in the region of
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Our client is an automotive luxury brand, with a global reputation for bespoke restorations.

Working with some of the most iconic designs using modern engineering this company is one of a kind and their attention to detail is second to none.

We are looking for a highly motivated
Cleaner / Facility Maintenance Operative to join the team, with an eye for detail and finesse to ensure the facility is cleaned to high levels and general upkeep on the facility is maintained.

The
Cleaner / Facility Maintenance Operative will be responsible for all cleaning in and around the facility including offices, workshop and reception areas as well as rest rooms and break rooms.

Using a variety of cleaning techniques including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and polishing the successful Cleaner / Facility Maintenance operative will ensure the facility is cleaned, sanitised and restocked.

You will also be required to maintain the facility which could involve, painting, hanging frames and other maintenance tasks as required.

Whilst their products are enough to turn heads, their facility boasts a modern, light, airy and clean environment and is equally as important to the success of the company.

In return, the successful
Cleaner / Facility Maintenance Operative will join an inclusive and supportive team with a great attitude and family culture within a modern bright and airy facility and benefit from a Permanent Contract offering £26,000 - £28,000 per annum plus benefits.

The duties and responsibilities of the Cleaner / Facility Maintenance Operative:

Responsible for the upkeep of the facility.
Cleaning and Facility Maintenance of offices, workshop, reception, rest rooms, break rooms, car park.
Cleaning responsibilities to include tidying, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and polishing.
Facility maintenance responsibilities to include painting, changing light bulbs, hanging pictures.
Other duties as directed by the Facility manager.

The ideal Cleaner / Facility Maintenance Operative:

Must have experience of commercial cleaning and facility upkeep.
Experience working within an Automotive, Engineering or Manufacturing environment is desirable.
An interest in the Automotive industry would be beneficial.
Ability to work as a team member and follow work instructions.
Excellent organisational skills, proficient at managing and prioritising work schedule
Strong attention to detail and a pride in work

Hours:

Day Shift:
Monday - Thursday: 7.30am pm and Friday 7.00am pm with the opportunity for weekday and Saturday overtime.

Pay:
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum
