Description
- Populating Job files & adding items to Bill of Materials
- Create Requisitions & submit to purchasing
- Liaising with Clients & Staff on a daily basis providing updates.
- Setting of TEAMS rooms in support of Training / Testing
- Invoicing of Repair Work to Clients
- Invoice anything complete that week
- Review travellers job packs to ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
- Attend HSE meeting every when required
- Responsible for creating and keeping travel requests up to date
- Submit expenses & collation of receipts if required
- Check Work Order / Sales Orders dates
- Meetings with trainers regarding requirements & Ensure trainers in place for scheduled courses
- Any additional tasks relevant to ensure efficient running of department (as directed by Head of Commercial Service)
Profile
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and who can interact well with their team as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
