Job Overview:

Stepstogether Group is currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Assistant to support our facilities management across three key sites.

We're looking for a committed individual who takes pride in their work and is looking for a role with variety and the opportunity to make a real difference in maintaining the high standards of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs across multiple sites. Identify and act on any health and safety hazards. Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations. Manage a schedule that includes travel between SuttoninAshfield and Woodhouse. Communicate effectively with site managers and report on maintenance status.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle. Willingness to travel between three sites as required. Own set of power tools and be proficient in their use. Demonstrable experience in all aspects of property building plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards and regulations. Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and own initiative
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities, and a key eye for Detail. Approachable and able to provide excellent service to our company.

£13.58 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
