Learning Disabilities Division

Lowestoft

£23,166 per annum
Manorcourt Homecare are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our team in our Lowestoft branch.

Working as part of a team you will be required to support the care team, planning their rotas, liaising with our clients and being a reliable point of contact for any enquiries that come into the office.

Experience working within a Learning Disability setting is essential as you will take a lead in developing the division, building relationships with Social Workers to increase the support we provide.

Our Coordinators are at the front line of the service we offer and the ability to communicate effectively is essential.

Experience as a Coordinator or as a support worker is an advantage although full training will be provided. Access to your own transport is required as some travelling may be necessary.

Please note, this role is primarily office based, however, you may be required to provide cover for care calls and hold the On-Call Service on a rota basis.
