Salary:£45,000 - £50,000 per annumAre you an experienced Quality Manager ready for your next role?- Join an exhilarating journey of growth and innovation as a dynamic Quality Business Partner You'll play a key role in a specific operational area, leveraging your extensive experience to drive continuous quality improvement at both local and strategic levels.

Main Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collaborate closely with operational leaders to optimise individual sites, ensuring top-notch service and positive regulatory evaluations.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of annual objectives and audit schedules & Support the execution of the Group's Quality Strategy
  • Tackle identified risks and promptly escalate concerns whilst vigilantly monitoring the regulatory compliance,
  • Foster a culture of continual learning and improvement, leveraging feedback to instill a mindset of ongoing enhancement.
  • Champion the delivery of personalised care in line with guidelines.
  • Engage with turnaround sites to propel continuous and sustainable quality improvement.
  • Coach teams to enhance capacity and capability for enduring quality improvement.
  • Conduct and actively participate in supervision sessions.
  • Demonstrate robust leadership aligned with the company's core values.

Job Criteria:


  • Bring proven expertise in leading and managing children's social care services, having played impactful roles in services rated 'good'
  • Showcase a successful track record in spearheading quality improvement initiatives, instilling a culture of continuous enhancement.
  • Possess indepth knowledge of the needs, best practices, and legislation pertaining to individuals with autism, learning disabilities.
  • Hold seniorlevel experience in education or social care, demonstrating a keen understanding of governance, regulatory compliance, practices, and risk management.
  • Demonstrate a holistic understanding of the strategic business and organisational context, contributing to success at both macro and micro levels.
