Training Coordinator for Addictions Rehab - Glasgow, United Kingdom - Calderglen House Residential Rehabilitation

An opportunity to join the team at Calderglen House Rehab in Blantyre as our lead for training and development.

You will be involved in checking and encouraging staff compliance with training, be involved in staff induction and supervision.

If you have some training qualifications that would be an advantage.

We currently use Evolve (Strategic Thinking) for training database.

You may have a care home training background and an idea of Care Inspectorate and how we interface and are regulated by them.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£14.00-£16.00 per hour
