Musselburgh - One to One Support

We are seeking an energetic and motivated person to join a small team providing support to a male individual in his own home.

The shift patterns vary to meet the needs of this gentleman and sleepovers are included in his support structure. There are also specific times to assist with moving and handling with two members of staff.

The support assists with all aspects of his daily living including personal care, support enabling him to maintain and develop his skills and achieve his full potential.

Encouraging activities of interest to him, within his local community in Musselburgh.

Full training will be provided in relation to his needs and his relationships.

To provide holistic, needs led support the shift pattern is variable although planned in advance. The small team share the pattern that operates Monday to Sunday each week and includes sleepover support.

Sleepovers are paid at an hourly rate and shared amongst the team (£10.90 per hour)
